Job summary

OCHE Oslo, our flagship venue, seeks an energetic Assistant Manager to help deliver outstanding guest experiences, support bar, floor and gaming areas, and lead shifts during peak times.

You'll work with the General Manager as deputy when needed, motivate the team, resolve issues, and contribute to sales and guest satisfaction targets.

This hands-on leadership role offers opportunities to develop in a fast-paced international hospitality concept and be part of an energetic, diverse team.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in high-volume hospitality
• Strong guest service background
• Ability to lead shifts and work alongside team
• Understand sales, staffing and cost control

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and work with the team during service
• Welcome and serve guests and support all operations
• Ensure efficient operations and high service standards
• Motivate and develop employees
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly
• Support staffing, training, onboarding and scheduling
• Monitor quality, costs and procedures
• Ensure compliance with health, food safety and licensing
• Contribute to sales and guest-satisfaction targets
• Assist GM with planning, reporting and venue development
