Job summary

Ramboll is seeking a Project Manager for Power Systems across multiple Norwegian locations including Kristiansand. Prepare and deliver HV design projects, lead cross-functional teams, and manage client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring junior engineers. You will work within Ramboll's Power Systems department, with flexible/remote working options and a focus on sustainable change for clients and communities

Qualifications

• Degree in electrical/energy/power systems engineering or related field.
• Strong leadership and communication for cross-country collaboration.
• Experience in client-facing PM roles and ability to build trust.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver HV design and engineering solutions.
• Act as client interface, safeguarding interests and building partnerships.
• Oversee tendering, contract negotiations and stakeholder management.
• Coordinate across buildings, transport, environment and others for integrated solutions.
• Manage technical and commercial aspects to align with schedules and budgets.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote cross-border collaboration.
• Support site activities and quality assurance.
