Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Data Center, Colocation, or Hyperscaler sectors.
• A strong network in Norway is highly desirable.
• Rolodex of active contacts with major wholesale and retail colocation buyers.
• Hunter mentality with history of meeting/exceeding multi-million dollar sales quotas.
• Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills in English; Norwegian required.
• Willingness to travel to meet clients and visit sites across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Market Expansion & Lead Generation: identify and capture new opportunities in Norway from prospecting to contract execution.
• Targeted Client Acquisition: win contracts with NCPs requiring high-density power and infrastructure.
• Strategic Relationship Management: develop C-suite relationships within the data center ecosystem.
• Revenue Accountability: own sales KPIs and drive quarter-over-quarter growth.
• Solution Selling: craft bespoke colocation and connectivity solutions with technical teams.
• Market Intelligence: track market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes in Europe.
