Requirements

• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
• Willingness to travel as needed up to 50% of the time.
• Fluent in English; Norwegian language skills a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary of $1,600 per month plus commission based on performance.
• Visa sponsorship for non-Norwegian nationals.
