Manning Global is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager- BESS to drive market expansion in Norway. The role requires ownership of the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract closure, with a focus on data center colocation opportunities and strategic wholesale capacity.

You will maintain senior-level relationships, achieve revenue targets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions for GPU workloads and hyperscaler needs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Data Center, Colocation, or Hyperscaler sales.
• Strong Norwegian and English communication.
• Proven track record of closing multi-million dollar contracts.
• Willingness to travel across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Identify and capture new business opportunities in Norway.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution.
• Acquire new business from Colocation providers needing capacity.
• Develop and maintain C-suite relationships within the data center ecosystem.
• Take ownership of sales KPIs and annual revenue targets.
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to craft bespoke colocation solutions.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory changes in the European power and land landscape.
