V7 Recruitment Ltd. is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the commercial management for major data centre projects in Kristiansand, Norway.
You will oversee cost/value management, forecasting and cashflow, while managing contracts, variations and entitlement recovery. The role requires strong leadership, contractual knowledge and stakeholder management, with data centre or mission-critical experience highly advantageous.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Commercial Manager within construction.
- Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.
- Experience managing large-scale construction projects.
- Strong leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Data centre or mission-critical project experience is highly advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Lead commercial management across major data centre projects.
- Oversee cost and value management, forecasting and cashflow.
- Manage contracts, change control, variations and entitlement recovery.
- Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities.
- Lead, mentor and develop the commercial team.
- Provide commercial guidance to the wider project team.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
- Ensure robust commercial governance and controls are maintained.
