Job summary

Lead the Delivery of One of Norway's Landmark Data Centre Projects

We're currently working in partnership with a leading international main contractor to recruit an experienced Senior Project Manager for a major hyperscale data centre development in Oslo.

The Opportunity

As Senior Project Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the successful delivery of a major section of this flagship data centre development.

Working closely with the Project Director and senior leadership team, you'll oversee all aspects of construction, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

You'll be leading multidisciplinary teams across construction, commercial, design, MEP and commissioning while maintaining strong relationships with both the client and key project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a major package of works on a hyperscale data centre project.
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams across construction, commercial, design and engineering.
• Drive programme performance and ensure key milestones are achieved.
• Oversee project budgets, commercial performance and risk management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Ensure the highest standards of health & safety, quality and environmental compliance.
• Coordinate closely with CSA, MEP and commissioning teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Chair progress meetings and provide regular reporting to senior management.
• Mentor and develop project teams, promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Identify opportunities to improve programme efficiency and overall project delivery.

About You

We're keen to speak with Senior Project Managers who can demonstrate:

• Proven experience delivering large-scale construction projects with a Tier 1 or leading main contractor.
• Previous experience working on data centres, pharmaceutical, industrial, advanced manufacturing or other technically complex projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent commercial awareness and programme management experience.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive approach with a strong focus on client satisfaction and operational excellence.

Previous experience delivering mission-critical or hyperscale data centre projects will be highly advantageous.
