Responsibilities

Required expertise
- Degree level education is preferred, ideally in emergency response, crisis management, or a security-related discipline.
- Experience from relevant positions within operations, security, emergency response, and/or military (OSINT).
- A good understanding of security and emergency preparedness.
- Excellent IT and digital skills.
- Fluency in both Norwegian and English, written and oral, is essential.
- Ability to handle stress in demanding emergency situations.
- Proactive and pragmatic with strong analytic, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Team player who is also able to operate individually, especially during night and weekend shifts.
- Prior knowledge of CIM (Crisis Management tool) is considered an advantage.
