Job summary

Nordic Semiconductor is seeking an Onboarding Leader to drive end-to-end customer engagements in Oslo, Norway. You will run each engagement as a sprint with clear scope, milestones, and a plan to deliver first value and move toward production rollout.

You will align customer and internal teams, manage risks and blockers, and coordinate with the Customer Success Manager. You will also run hands-on workshops to enable customers and contribute to continuous program improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical program management or similar customer-facing role
• Strong project management fundamentals with sprint cadence
• Technical aptitude with firmware and embedded systems

Responsibilities

• Onboarding Leadership: Run each customer engagement as a structured, time-boxed project with scope and milestones in week one.
• Organizational Alignment: Close gaps between purchasing champions and engineers for adoption success.
• Risk & Blocker Management: Identify and escalate onboarding stalls early to keep timelines.
• Stakeholder Management: Be the primary contact for implementation activities, coordinating with teams.
• Training & Enablement: Lead workshops to enable customers to operate autonomously with dashboards and runbooks.
• Program Improvement: Identify patterns behind engagements and improve the onboarding process
