Job summary

Nordic Semiconductor in Oslo is seeking an experienced onboarding leader to guide customer engagements from kickoff to first value. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, set scope, timelines, and milestones, and drive adoption of nRF Cloud with startup pace and hardware-scale backing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, implementation, professional services, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Strong project management fundamentals. You run tight sprints, maintain crisp project plans, track milestones with precision, and know which risks surfacing immediately.
• Technical aptitude and genuine curiosity about hardware and IoT; fluent in firmware and embedded systems to engage engineers.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding Leadership: Run each customer engagement as a structured, time-boxed project with scope and milestones in week one.
• Organizational Alignment: Close gaps between purchasing champions and engineers to ensure adoption and outcomes.
• Risk & Blocker Management: Identify stalls early and escalate to keep timelines intact.
• Stakeholder Management: Be the primary contact for implementation activities and coordinate with the Customer Success Manager.
• Training & Enablement: Lead workshops to enable self-sufficient customers with dashboards and runbooks.
• Program Improvement: Refine onboarding by identifying patterns and root causes to prevent recurrence.
