Job summary

Motive Offshore Group in Stavanger, Norway, invites applications for Head of Delivery. This role leads operational and project teams, ensuring financial viability, sustainability, and KPI achievement across the European region.

Reporting to the Regional Manager for Scandinavia, you will drive process improvements, manage forecasts, and collaborate with TIC and Rentals teams to deliver quality, on-time, and within budget.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a senior leadership role within Rentals or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing divisions and delivering on KPIs.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial accounts.
• Strong strategic planning skills and ability to implement processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Adopting and promoting the Motive Offshore Group People Values and ensuring their use is embedded throughout day-to-day tasks and decision making.
• Act as a support advisor to the Scandinavian Regional Manager offering insights and feedback regarding the performance of Motive AS.
• Focus on personal leadership and effective performance management for direct reports and the wider team, fostering a positive coaching culture
• Develop strong working relations with key stake-holders – clients, colleagues etc.
• To be a positive ambassador for Motive Offshore Group Ltd.
• Ensure safety culture and compliance with Motive Group policies and procedures across the division.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics to optimise efficiency and ensure delivery success.
