Job summary

Enode is hiring a Partnerships Manager to work with OEMs and energy partners across Europe. You will close new partnerships, grow existing ones, and identify new revenue streams, while shaping our partnerships playbook with AI.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales and Customer Success to deliver on commitments. Remote-first in Europe with the option to attend an Oslo office or use a coworking pass.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development/partnerships (B2B software or energy preferred).
• Excellent English communication (verbal and written).
• Strong negotiation and diplomacy skills.
• Able to navigate technical, commercial, and legal conversations.

Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, and close new OEM partnerships end-to-end, from first conversation to signed agreement.
• Grow and retain existing OEM partners, ensuring they see real value from working with Enode.
• Identify and sell new products to OEMs, opening up new revenue streams.
• Develop and improve the partnerships playbook, including redesigning processes using AI.
• Build with AI as a normal part of how you work, and turn learnings into tools and processes for the team.
