Enode is seeking a Customer Success Manager to help energy customers launch and scale products that save end users money, balance the grid, and enable an energy transition. You will own the full post-sales cycle from onboarding to expansion, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Sales and Marketing to shape customer journeys and CS processes as we grow.

We value a startup mindset, 2+ years in CS, strong client relationships, and comfort with AI tooling.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of relevant experience in early-stage CS at a fast-growing start-up or relevant consulting role.
• Strong client relationship-building skills across all levels of an organization.
• Technical aptitude and familiarity with LLM tooling and AI agent frameworks.

• Manage a portfolio of prioritised customers, coordinating with product and engineering teams and senior stakeholders.
• Run accounts with AI in the loop, turning insights into reusable processes.
• Own the full post-sales cycle from product development to launch and scale.
