Enode is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their growing team in Norway. You will manage a portfolio of ambitious energy companies, launching and scaling innovative energy products.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in early-stage Customer Success at a fast-growing startup or consulting.
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to communicate effectively.
• Experience in the energy sector and/or with API products is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of prioritized customers.
• Own the full post-sales cycle from product development through to launch.
• Build the Customer Success function at Enode.
