Job summary

Enode seeks a Senior Product Manager to define the customer platform as a proactive intelligence layer that helps customers connect, optimise and scale assets. You will own the platform roadmap, drive commercial outcomes and push AI-enabled capabilities across the product org.

Qualifications

• Significant B2B product experience on platform, developer tooling or B2B SaaS.
• Experience with APIs, SDKs and data flows; able to discuss technical concepts with engineers.
• Experience launching products with cross-functional teams including Sales, Support and Customer Success.

Responsibilities

• Define platform vision and roadmap, framing it commercially around retention, expansion and cost to serve.
• Own onboarding and activation metrics for both customer integrations and end users.
• Prioritize automation and in-platform guidance to enable self-serve at scale.
• Lead data-driven insights to evaluate performance, churn risk, and OEM partner value.
• Own positioning, messaging and commercial enablement for the product.
• Incorporate AI into the product process from discovery to delivery, building repeatable tools and processes.
