Job summary

Enode in Europe is seeking an experienced Customer Engineer to help customers maximize the value from our API and to shape Enode’s Customer Engineering function. You’ll interface with engineers, product managers, and leadership as they integrate Enode’s API to realise value quickly across enterprise customers.

You will be a core part of the Customer Success team, bridging engineering, product, and sales, and working with colleagues to deliver value while evolving internal tooling and guides.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer engineering or solutions engineering.
• Familiarity with LLM tooling and AI agent frameworks.
• Ability to manage technical client relationships and code-level fixes.

Responsibilities

• Design and help customers implement technical solutions using the Enode API.
• Advise on technical product architecture and provide ongoing support.
• Debug and fix issues in customer implementations and improve the codebase.
