Global Technology Solutions Ltd seeks a Dell Field Service Engineer for Norway, based at Lefdal Mine Data Center (Selje) with occasional remote sites. This full-time role requires 24/7 coverage, 4-hour on-site SLA, and hands-on hardware support for Dell Enterprise and HES products.

Applicants must hold Dell certifications (or be willing to obtain), be fluent in Norwegian and English, and operate independently under strict SLA commitments. Travel to remote sites will be necessary.

Competenze

• Dell certifications for PowerEdge XE, PowerStore, PowerScale or willingness to complete.
• Fluent Norwegian and English, with on-site field service experience.
• Experience in hardware maintenance and IT support in industrial environments.

Mansioni

• Provide on-site hardware break/fix and SmartHands support for Dell Enterprise and HES products.
• Respond to tickets within 4-hour SLA on a 24/7 coverage model.
• Follow Dell SOPs, FE Handbook, and customer-specific processes.
• Maintain real-time updates in ServiceNow or similar systems.
• Travel to remote locations and backfill during absences or peak workloads.
