Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven field service or on-site IT support experience.
• Experience with laptop/desktop/server hardware and repairs.
• Ability to diagnose, disassemble, reassemble, and reinstall OS as needed.
• Excellent English for customer updates and service reporting.
• Familiarity with SLA/KPI-based field service processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site technical services meeting KPI and SLA targets.
• Attend customer sites within service windows and manage appointments.
• Diagnose faults, verify warranty/status, and perform parts replacement.
• Use Dell tools to update arrival, progress, and closure information in English.
• Manage and return used/unused parts per logistics procedures.
• Maintain clear customer communication about status and delays.
