Job summary

ITProposal is seeking a Level 2 Data Centre Field Engineer to deliver on-site technical support at a customer data centre, including backfill coverage. The role requires 1–2 years of IT/Data Centre experience and Level 2 support skills.

Fluency in English and Norwegian, a valid driver’s license with own vehicle, and the ability to obtain necessary work authorization are essential. Training will be completed prior to deployment on site.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of IT/Data Centre experience required.
• Level 2 support skills essential.
• Fluent in English and Norwegian (local language).
• Valid driver’s license and access to your own vehicle.
• Permanent residency and valid work authorization documentation required.
• Successful completion of required background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support at the customer data centre.
• Perform backfill coverage as needed.
• Complete mandatory training before deployment on site.
