ABB in Skien, Norway is seeking a Country Sales & Solutions Manager to define and implement sales and marketing strategies that drive growth and strengthen customer relationships. You will lead cross-functional teams and shape pricing and portfolio decisions to maximize profitability.

You will coach the Sales & Marketing function, build a high-performing culture, and ensure customer satisfaction while pursuing long-term success through market expansion and KPI-driven performance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven experience in sales leadership with growth and customer relationships.
• Results-oriented mindset with strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English and Norwegian (oral and written).
