ABB ELECTRIFICATION NORWAY AS in Skien is seeking a Country Sales & Solutions Manager to lead sales and marketing strategies in Norway. You will coach the Marketing and Sales function, drive growth, manage action plans, and strengthen customer relationships.

You will work with Product Management on pricing and KPIs, lead cross-functional teams, and guide strategic initiatives to secure competitive market positioning.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales leadership with a track record of delivering growth.
• Fluent communication in English and Norwegian (written and spoken).
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development and execution of ambitious sales and marketing strategies, with clear ownership of growth, profitability, and market expansion
• Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver strong commercial results, while building a positive, high-performing team culture
• Identify new business opportunities, strengthen key customer relationships, and ensure a strong and competitive market position
• Define and follow up on KPIs such as sales growth, pricing, and portfolio mix, turning insights into actionable improvements
• Define and execute commercial strategies
• Collaborate closely with Product Management to optimize pricing strategies and maximize business impact
• Champion a mindset of continuous improvement—encouraging new ideas, learning, and smart risk-taking
