Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

• Fluent English and Norwegian, written and spoken.

• Drive development and execution of ambitious sales and marketing strategies, with clear ownership of growth, profitability, and market expansion

• Define and follow up on KPIs such as sales growth, pricing, and portfolio mix, turning insights into actionable improvements
• Define and execute commercial strategies and collaborate with Product Management to optimize pricing
