Job summary

BrightAnalytics is seeking an entrepreneurial Sales Manager to lead growth in Norway. You will coach the Norway team, drive performance, and collaborate across sales, marketing, and HR to scale our fintech platform. The role requires a Master’s in business/economics and 5+ years in a sales context, with strong Norwegian and English proficiency.

Office-based in Oslo, you will shape local strategy, develop talent, and ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration within the Nordic region.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business and/or economics.
• 5+ years in business/sales context or financial position.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English.
• Familiar with local business culture is an asset.
• Willingness to work at the office to support colleagues.

Responsibilities

• People development: coach and guide team members, accelerate ramp-up, monitor KPIs.
• Team retention: motivate Norway team, foster positive office culture, handle HR tasks with HQ support.
• Sales Operations: contribute to improved processes, assist with sales tools and campaigns, coordinate events and aftercare.
