Responsibilities

• Partner with Nordic leaders to translate business priorities into practical people plans.
• Provide day-to-day HR guidance across the employee lifecycle.
• Advise managers on employee relations, performance, and absence management.
• Ensure HR practices comply with Nordic law, GDPR and local agreements.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition for Nordic recruitment and onboarding.
• Support HR process improvements for consistency and efficiency across the Nordics.
