Job summary

Helly Hansen is seeking a Senior HR Manager for the Nordics to partner with leaders across Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland, delivering strategic HR support and ensuring compliant, scalable people practices.

You will work closely with regional and global HR to drive employee engagement, support organizational changes, and provide expert guidance on employment relations within the Nordic context.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR partner supporting leaders on operational and tactical people matters.
• Knowledge of Nordic employment practices and local legislation.
• Strong communication and discretion for sensitive topics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Nordic leaders to translate business priorities into people plans.
• Advise managers on employee relations, performance, absence and workplace issues.
• Ensure compliance with Nordic laws, GDPR, and local agreements.
• Develop local HR policies and documentation with regional/global teams.
• Lead salary reviews and ensure fair pay practices.
• Support organizational changes and change communication.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and respond to feedback.
