Helly Hansen in Oslo is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Leadership Team with day-to-day coordination, planning and follow-up. This varied role requires practical thinking, discretion with sensitive information, and the ability to stay one step ahead in a fast-paced, international environment.
You will manage calendars, plan travel and meetings, process travel and expense claims, prepare materials, coordinate signatures and support events and headquarter activities.

As Executive Assistant, you will support Helly Hansen’s Leadership Team (LT) with day-to-day coordination, planning, and follow-up. This is a varied role where you will need to stay one step ahead, think practically, and handle sensitive information with care.
