Job summary

Haleon in Norway is seeking a Category Analyst for a 12-month assignment to analyse market trends, consumer behaviour and sales data to drive business strategies across the Nordics.

You will develop Nordic dashboards, harmonize sell-out reporting and collaborate with marketing, sales and leadership to turn insights into opportunities for growth. The role emphasizes Swedish support and cross-functional data harmonisation, reporting to the Category Management Lead Nordics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Econometrics or related.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to run ad hoc deep dives and present insights clearly.
• Experience creating automated performance reporting in Excel and Power BI; EPOS data knowledge.
• Excellent communication with customer focus and ability to influence at multiple levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality results.
• Proactive attitude and drive for change and improvements.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop & maintain Nordic dashboards to track key consumption performance indicators and advise on sales performance and market shares.
• Conduct competitive analysis to understand market dynamics and identify threats and opportunities.
• Ensure consistent tracking of new product launches and strengthen retail stories for launches/listings.
• Lead data harmonization, exchange and improvements across analytics teams.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and commercial excellence to enhance data understanding across the organization.
• Drive marketing effectiveness analysis, especially in the D-Com channel.
