Job summary

MONDELEZ NORGE AS is seeking a Commercial & Category Finance Analyst to own key financial processes and Partner with commercial teams in Oslo. You will analyze data to drive sales and profit performance and work cross-functionally across Nordics.

Requirements include 3–5 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Business, and strong Excel skills. English is mandatory; Norwegian is a plus. SAP/SAC experience is a plus. A supportive benefits package awaits in Oslo.

Qualifications

3–5 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
High analytical proficiency in Excel.
Experience with SAP/SAC is a plus.
English fluency is mandatory; Norwegian is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own key financial processes and act as a business partner to commercial stakeholders.
Drive sales and profit performance through analysis and insight.
Join a three-person team handling Commercial & Category Finance for Mondelēz Norway.
Lead monthly IBP, annual contract planning, forecasting, and financial reporting & analysis.
Utilize SAP, SAC, Essbase and Excel-based tools for data validation and reporting.
Support a strong controls and compliance environment aligned with Mondelēz policies.
