Job summary

NCC Construction AS is seeking a Category Manager & Team Leader to lead the Nordic Fleet team and drive strategic category management across the Nordics. You will shape future-oriented strategies and partner with internal teams and suppliers to establish NCC as a preferred customer.

Based in the Oslo region with travel across the Nordics, you will build Nordic processes, governance, and supplier relationships while leading a team of six across Denmark, Norway, and Sweden.

Qualifications

• Strategic category management across Nordic Fleet.
• Leadership of a multi-country Nordic Fleet team.
• Experience with procurement, supply chains, and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement category strategies aligning with NCC's goals.
• Lead the Nordic Fleet team across Denmark, Norway and Sweden, prioritising and coordinating work.
• Develop Nordic processes, governance, and supplier agreements within the category.
• Drive change, adopt category strategies, and ensure stakeholder engagement.
