Zusammenfassung

Barilla Norge AS is seeking a Category Analyst for a two-year trainee program aimed at developing future leaders in Sales and Marketing. The first assignment will be based in Hamar, Norway, with potential international placements in the CNE region.

You will work within Trade Marketing and Category Management, driving data-driven insights and supporting managers on day-to-day activities. You will gain exposure to Nielsen data analysis, customer presentations, and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifikationen

• Academic background required or expected.
• 1–2 years of work experience, ideally in FMCG.
• Excellent Norwegian or Swedish skills, plus English.
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience with AC Nielsen databases or equivalents is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Gain expert knowledge of categories, customers and consumers in the Norwegian market.
• Prepare customer presentations for central customers.
• Analyze category performance and recommend actions for growth.
• Conduct category and shopper studies and present findings to central customers.
• Collaborate with KAM and Field Sales on planograms and recommendations.
• Develop 4Ps gap analyses and translate insights into concrete plans.
