Job summary

xxllnc is looking for a Nordic marketing lead based in Oslo to generate demand and build pipeline in Norway and Sweden. As the sole marketer in the Nordics, you will own campaigns, events and webinars from idea to impact, working closely with the sales team.

You’ll develop content and materials, report results, and collaborate with the Netherlands team. The role is hybrid with Oslo as base and some travel within the Nordics and to the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on field marketing or demand generation.
• Experience owning campaigns from A to Z in collaboration with sales.
• Experience organizing events and webinars from start to finish.
• Fluency in English and Norwegian or Swedish, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run campaigns from start to finish, together with sales.
• Generate leads and contribute to pipeline, and measure what your work delivers.
• Organise events and webinars, from concept and invitations to lead follow-up.
• Turn input from sales and customers into campaigns and messages for the Nordic market.
• Create sales materials such as one-pagers, presentations and customer stories.
• Develop customer cases with Nordic customers, together with sales and customer success.
• Write your own copy: LinkedIn posts, emails, web pages, invitations, blogs, whitepapers and more.
• Report on what your campaigns deliver and use data to decide next steps.
• Work with the marketing team in the Netherlands on brand, messaging and shared campaigns.
• Be the brand protector and owner in the Nordics.
