Job summary

Elkjøp Nordic seeks a Senior Manager Commercial Services to lead a Nordic team and drive business development, analytics and product strategy across Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland. You will influence stakeholders, develop external partnerships and shape services including insurance, support and extended warranties across the region.

You will report to the Aftersales & Services Director, lead cross-functional initiatives, and travel 15-20 days/year within the Nordic region.

Qualifications

Higher education, preferably a Master's degree in business, strategy, technology or a relevant field.
Experience in business development, strategy, product management, or management consulting.
Experience with analytics, business cases, and commercial negotiations.
Leadership experience, either through formal people management or leading larger initiatives.
Strong communication skills in English and one Scandinavian language.

Responsibilities

Lead an established Nordic team of three Product & Development Managers, setting direction and priorities.
Identify opportunities for growth, profitability and strong customer experiences.
Collaborate across Elkjøp's Nordic product categories and commercial organisations in four markets.
Achieve results through others and build cross-functional alignment around shared priorities.
