Job summary

ICEYE is seeking a Missions Sales Director to lead sovereign satellite and ISR sales to Nordic government customers. You will own the full sales cycle, identify opportunities, and close multi-year deals while building strategic government relationships across the Nordics.

The role is remote with Nordic travel and reports to the VP of Mission Sales. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in strategic or international government sales, strong networks in the Nordics, and experience with earth observation

Qualifications

5+ years of strategic sales or business development in aerospace/defence/space/ISR or government tech sectors.
5+ years of international sales or export experience with complex solutions.
Experience selling to government customers and defence organisations.
Existing network across Nordic government and related organisations.

Responsibilities

Own regional revenue growth for ICEYE’s Missions business in the Nordics.
Identify, shape, qualify, and close sovereign satellite and ISR mission opportunities.
Build trusted relationships with government stakeholders and decision-makers.
Develop and manage a qualified sales pipeline with capture plans and forecasting.
Lead complex sales processes including bid decisions, proposals, and positioning.
Collaborate across Missions and Data lines to align needs and delivery.
