• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• 5–7 years in senior leadership or regional management in industrial or technical sales.
• Proven ability to lead multi-country teams across the Nordics.
• Fluent in English; Nordic language skills are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region.

• Lead, motivate, and develop the sales teams across the Nordic and Baltic countries.
• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
• Foster close collaboration between sales, technical teams, and factories.

• Oversee the full sales process from lead generation to contract closure.
