The role reports to the EMEA Compliance Director and works independently of the business to ensure adherence to global policies and local requirements.

The incumbent will train staff, monitor risks, coordinate audits, and support anti-corruption and AML/CFT initiatives while promoting CBRE's RISE values.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the key contact between CBRE’s business leaders in the Territory and the Global Risk, Ethics & Compliance Team.
• Identifies compliance risks and advises leadership on mitigations.
• Ensures delivery of CBRE global risk, ethics and compliance program requirements in the Territory.
• Escalates red flags and coordinates remediation with management.
