Job summary

Elkjøp Nordic in Oslo seeks a Product Manager for Home Delivery to own the HD service portfolio across four Nordic markets, including pricing, offering scope and performance. You’ll partner with Distribution, Commercial and IT to turn data into decisions and ensure deliverability across markets.

You have 5+ years in product/commercial roles, strong data skills, experience with pricing models, SAP/BI, and a track record of cross-market collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product/commercial roles, ideally in logistics, e-commerce or retail services.
• Hands-on experience with pricing models, service portfolios, and customer-facing offerings.
• Comfortable with large datasets; able to extract, interpret, and act on cost, volume, revenue and performance data; curious about AI insights.
• Strong grasp of cost drivers, pricing mechanics and P&L.
• Solid Excel/Sheets and BI tools skills; SAP experience is an advantage.
• Experience working across multiple markets or stakeholder groups with competing priorities.
• Strong communication skills in a Scandinavian language and English.

Responsibilities

• Own the HD service portfolio across Nordic markets—pricing, structure and offerings.
• Develop pricing models and analyze cost, volume and margin trends to drive action.
• Keep HD prices, rates and terms accurate in SAP or equivalent; maintain commercial overview with the controller.
• Act as main contact between Distribution, local markets and Commercial on Home Delivery topics.
• Translate commercial input into product requirements and carrier criteria; support contracts and SLAs.
• Ensure what is sold can be delivered; collaborate with IT to keep services set up and reportable.
