Job summary

DOF seeks experienced Document Controllers to strengthen our Atlantic region team in Bergen or Haugesund. You will support document control, organize project documentation, and train new users on ProArc and Unisea.

Reporting to the Lead Document Controller in Norway, you will collaborate with Project Managers and Technical Managers to define documentation for clients and vendors, while ensuring structured, accurate records and compliance across projects.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in business/administration.
• 2+ years of document control experience in marine operations preferred.
• Proficient with ProArc and MS Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and structured work approach.
• Good communication and collaboration with project teams.

Responsibilities

• Support Lead Document Controller in Atlantic region tasks.
• Manage and organize document control requirements for projects.
• Train new users on ProArc and Unisea systems.
• Define instructions to engineering disciplines on documentation delivery and vendor data.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and Managers across the region.
