Job summary

DOF Group seeks experienced Document Controllers to support the Atlantic region and collaborate with the Lead Document Controller in Norway, Project Manager and Project Technical Managers.

You will manage and control project documentation using ProArc or similar systems and support administration across offshore projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

Qualifications

• Relevant university degree in business administration, economy, management or similar; experience can compensate for lack of formal education.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience handling documentation for marine operations (preferred).
• ProArc or similar document management systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Structured work approach with attention to detail.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work with project teams and stakeholders.
• Experience from or interest in the offshore/subsea sector.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
