Job summary

DOF is seeking a Project Planner to join our Project Execution team in Bergen/Haugesund with optional Oslo relocation. You will collaborate with Project Managers and Engineers to develop comprehensive WBS and CBS, create planning outputs, manage vessel schedules, and support resource planning to keep schedules on track.

The role requires an engineering degree and experience in offshore marine planning, with proficiency in Primavera P3/P6 and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

  • University degree in engineering or related discipline.
  • Knowledge of planning offshore marine operations (IMR, SURF, mooring, decommissioning).
  • Experience with Primavera P3/P6 or similar planning tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
  • Strong written and verbal English communication.
  • Site fabrication and offshore experience, translating operations knowledge into planning.

Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS).
  • Create planning outputs and reports for projects.
  • Manage vessel schedules and assist with resource planning.
  • Keep project schedules up to date.
  • Report to Engineering Manager.
