Job summary

Future Engineering Recruitment Ltd in Norway seeks a Document Controller for a major data centre project. You will manage drawings, technical submissions and project information in a fast-paced construction environment.

This site-based role requires experience with document controls in construction, exposure to major contractors and familiarity with leading systems like Aconex or Procore. Long-term work with progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prev. document control experience within construction or engineering
• Experience with main contractor / engineering consultancy environments
• Familiarity with document management systems (Aconex/Asite/Viewpoint/Procore)

Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining project documents, drawings and technical records
• Ensuring all documentation is correctly numbered, reviewed, approved and distributed
• Uploading and issuing documents through the project’s document management system
• Maintaining drawing registers, trackers and revision histories
• Coordinating RFIs, technical submissions, design information and approval workflows
• Ensuring site teams and subcontractors are working from the latest information
