Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions Marine Division in Ski, Norway is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage orders and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Qualifications

• High school diploma; education in sales/marketing/business admin is a plus.
• Experience in customer service with a strong customer focus.
• Fluent in English; Norwegian or other languages a plus.
• Familiar with business systems and data-driven solutions; SAP S/4HANA is an advantage.
• Organized, proactive, solution-oriented; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage smooth order processing and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Prepare quotations, process sales and vendor orders, handle invoicing.
• Monitor order status and coordinate with factories and suppliers.
• Support e-store and RMA requests; report discrepancies in records.
