Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions Marine Division in Ski, Norway, is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to coordinate orders, quotations, invoicing and supplier interactions to deliver an excellent customer experience.

You will work with English daily, leverage ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA preferred), and grow with a supportive team in a one-year fixed-term role. An organized, proactive mindset helps you thrive in this collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Experience in customer service.
• Fluent in English; Norwegian or other languages are a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer requests and manage orders.
• Prepare quotations, process sales and vendor orders, handle invoicing.
• Deliver proactive customer service and timely communications.
• Monitor order status and coordinate with factories and suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Support e-Store and RMA processes and maintain accurate customer records.
