Job summary

NOBA Bank Group is seeking a Team Lead for its Fraud & Chargeback team, overseeing fraud prevention and credit card dispute handling across Nordax Bank and Bank Norwegian. The role involves guiding a team, shaping strategies, and collaborating with colleagues across NOBA to grow with the company.

You will lead, coach and develop the team, own dispute processes, and implement fraud-prevention strategies across loans, savings, mortgages and cards.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of leadership experience.
• Experience in fraud, credit cards or AML, preferably within banking.
• Experience developing and implementing strategies and processes.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English (spoken and written).
• Holds a university degree in economics, law or related field.

• Lead, motivate and coach your team to reach goals in fraud prevention and investigations for Nordax Bank and Bank Norwegian.
• Own and continuously improve the handling of credit card disputes and chargebacks.

About The Team

We are the Fraud & Chargeback team at NOBA, responsible for fraud prevention across our brands Nordax Bank and Bank Norwegian. You will lead the team who works with customers in Denmark and Norway. We also handle the dispute and chargeback process for credit cards. Together we protect customers using personal loans, savings accounts, mortgages and credit cards. We’re committed, curious and love solving problems together, in a culture of open dialogue.

About The Role

As team lead, you’ll be a key person in our organisation, guiding and developing a team that identifies and prevents fraud and manages credit card chargebacks. You’ll influence strategy, work closely with colleagues across NOBA and have real opportunities to grow with us.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Be To

• Lead, motivate and coach your team to reach goals in fraud prevention and investigations for Nordax Bank and Bank Norwegian

Who We’re Looking For

In Addition, We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Has at least 5 years of leadership experience
• Has experience in fraud, credit cards or AML, preferably within banking
• Has experience developing and implementing strategies and processes
• Speaks and writes fluently in Norwegian and English
• Holds a relevant university degree in economics, law or a related field

It’s a Plus If You

• Have worked in international environments
• Know the Norwegian and Danish markets
• Have experience with VISA's rules and regulations
