Job summary

COSL Drilling Europe seeks an engaged MA Coordinator to join our Mongstad team and support drilling operations across the fleet. You will receive, pack, and coordinate inbound/outbound goods, operate forklifts and cranes, and manage dangerous goods according to regulations.

Role requires a logistics apprenticeship or high school in Transport & Logistics, plus 5 years of storage/terminal experience and Norwegian/English proficiency. Competitive compensation and modern offices offered.

Qualifications

• High school education with Transport & Logistics subjects.
• Certificate of apprenticeship in logistics.
• NOG-091 and NOG-116 courses completed.
• 5+ years of storage/terminal experience.
• Experience in similar roles in drilling environments.
• Knowledge of drilling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receipt of incoming goods and quality check against PO and delivery note.
• Pack outbound/inbound goods in containers.
• Coordinate goods to rigs and update equipment locations.
• Control equipment 100% per PO and documentation.
• Maintain records in the maintenance system and documentation.
• Coordinate tubular and riser movements.
• Handle returns (hire/repair/credit) and customs clearance.
• Conduct stock takes using inventory reports.
• Secure and pack goods per NOG or international regulations.
• Operate forklift and transverse crane.
• Coordinate dangerous goods per regulations.
• Manage cargo bookings to supply bases or helicopter terminals.
• Use ERP systems for seamless logistics.
