Job summary

COSL Drilling Europe seeks an engaged MA Coordinator to join our Mongstad team and support drilling operations across the fleet. You will receive, pack, and coordinate inbound/outbound goods, operate forklifts and cranes, and manage dangerous goods according to regulations.

Role requires a logistics apprenticeship or high school in Transport & Logistics, plus 5 years of storage/terminal experience and Norwegian/English proficiency. Competitive compensation and modern offices offered.

Qualifications

• High school education with Transport & Logistics subjects.
• Certificate of apprenticeship in logistics.
• NOG-091 and NOG-116 courses completed.
• 5+ years of storage/terminal experience.
• Experience in similar roles in drilling environments.
• Knowledge of drilling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receipt of incoming goods and quality check against PO and delivery note.
• Pack outbound/inbound goods in containers.
• Coordinate goods to rigs and update equipment locations.
• Control equipment 100% per PO and documentation.
• Maintain records in the maintenance system and documentation.
• Coordinate tubular and riser movements.
• Handle returns (hire/repair/credit) and customs clearance.
• Conduct stock takes using inventory reports.
• Secure and pack goods per NOG or international regulations.
• Operate forklift and transverse crane.
• Coordinate dangerous goods per regulations.
• Manage cargo bookings to supply bases or helicopter terminals.
• Use ERP systems for seamless logistics.

Coordinate logistics, receive and pack goods, operate forklifts/cranes, and manage dangerous goods for drilling operations at Mongstad.

• Certificate of apprenticeship in logistics or high school education in Transport & Logistics
• Forklift certificates T1, T2, T4 and Traverse crane certificate G-4
• ADR/IMDG course for dangerous goods and NOG-091 & NOG-116 courses
• At least 5 years of relevant experience related to storage and terminal
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian and English

We are looking for an engaged and proactive MA Coordinator to join our Team in Mongstad, and support drilling operations across the fleet.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Receipt of incoming goods, quality check based on PO description and delivery note
• Packing of out- and inbound goods in containers
• Coordinate out- and inbound goods to all rigs in CDE
• Equipment to be controlled 100% based on PO and documents.
• Equipment location to be updated in the maintenance system and involve documentation to be linked
• Tubular and Riser coordination
• Follow up return goods to be of hire, on repair, for credit, custom clearance.
• Stock take based on inventory reports.
• Securing and packing of goods in accordance with NOG regulative and/ or similar international regulations.
• Forklift and transverse crane operation
• Coordinate all dangerous goods according to prevailing regulations
• Responsible for all cargo booking to/via supply base and / or helicopter terminal.
• Use of internal and External ERP programs for seamless logistics.

Qualifications/ Requirements:

• Minimum High school education with relevant subjects such as Transport & Logistics
• Certificate of apprenticeship logistics
• NOG-091 & NOG- 116 course
• 5 year relevant experience related to storage & terminal
• Relevant experience from similar jobs
• Knowledge of drilling equipment
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian and English
