Job summary

Linde plc in Oslo, Norway seeks a senior logistics leader to oversee Bulk and PGP distribution across Norway. You will lead the logistics organization, manage a large team, and supervise daily operations with about 40 bulk vehicles and 50 PGP trucks.

The role covers multimodal road and rail networks, safety, and cost optimization, while ensuring ADR/GDP compliance and seamless interaction with regional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s in logistics, SCM, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in logistics, transport, or distribution.
• Experience leading operational teams.
• Strong knowledge of transport planning & inventory management.
• Familiarity with HSE/SHEQ, ADR, GDP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the logistics organization for Norway.
• Oversee daily distribution with ~40 bulk vehicles and 50 PGP trucks.
• Manage multimodal PGP distribution network (road and rail).
• Drive safety, productivity, and cost optimization.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and business continuity.
