Job summary

Jobzone Kristiansand seeks a Logistics Coordinator to join the Kristiansand team, coordinating shipments of spare parts, service equipment, and project deliveries for a global energy sector client. The role emphasizes collaboration with carriers, documentation, and compliance with Incoterms.

Ideal candidates will have a logistics or related degree and at least two years of experience, with fluent English and Norwegian.

Qualifications

Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field, and/or minimum two years of relevant industry experience.
Experience in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.
Knowledge of Incoterms and international transportation processes.
Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
Structured, accurate, and service-minded approach to work.
Fluent communication skills in both English and Norwegian, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Coordinate export and import shipments for international and domestic deliveries.
Plan and execute transportation of goods in collaboration with carriers and logistics providers.
Prepare shipping and customs documentation in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate third-party logistics activities.
Provide support and assistance to internal and external stakeholders.
Handle various administrative and documentation-related tasks.
Work closely with supply chain teams, sales departments, and global customers.
