Job summary

Kongsberg Maritime is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Operator in Kongsberg. You will pack and prepare project equipment and spare parts for transport, and assist truck drivers with outbound goods, ensuring timely delivery and precise handling.

You will support internal stakeholders to maintain high service levels across global operations. We value a proactive, safety-conscious mindset, with logistics experience, ERP/MS 365 proficiency, and Norwegian/English fluency.

Qualifications

• Experience or education in logistics is required.
• Proficiency with ERP and Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel).
• Must meet safety requirements set by Luftfartstilsynet.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written.
• Forklift certificate, T1-T4, preferred.

Warehouse Operator

We have a temporary position available for a dedicated Warehouse Operator to join our team at Kongsberg Maritime. Our department, Forwarding & Export Logistics, is part of Operations in Kongsberg Maritimes Energy & Control division. We support our delivery projects and Global Customer Support organisation in delivering equipment and spare parts to our customers at the right time and to the right place. A Warehouse Operator in our department is responsible for packing and preparing equipment for transport worldwide. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active and thrives in a practical, hands-on working environment.
