Job summary

Kongsberg Maritime is seeking a Warehouse Operator to pack and prepare equipment for transport, assist drivers, and support service delivery in a dynamic, international environment.

Ideal candidates have logistics experience, proficiency with ERP systems and MS Excel, and a forklift certificate; Norwegian and English fluency is required. Safety training and flexibility in a hands-on role are valued.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience and/or education in logistics.
• Knowledge of ERP and MS365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.).
• Meets safety requirements set by the Civil Aviation Authority (Luftfartstilsynet).
• Fluent in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written.
• Forklift certificate (T1–T4) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pack and prepare project equipment and spare parts for transport.
• Assist truck drivers with outbound goods.
• Support our internal stakeholders in delivering excellent service to our customers.
• Contribute to a high service level and improvement of work processes.
