Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field, and/or minimum two years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and international transportation processes.
• Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
• Structured, accurate, and service-minded approach to work.
• Fluent communication skills in both English and Norwegian, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate export and import shipments for international and domestic deliveries.
• Plan and execute transportation of goods in collaboration with carriers and logistics providers.
• Prepare shipping and customs documentation in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate third-party logistics activities.

• Handle various administrative and documentation-related tasks.

Our client is a leading global company within the energy, oil & gas sector. To support increased operational activity, we are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join a dedicated logistics team in Kristiansand.

6 month durasjon

The team is responsible for coordinating shipments of spare parts, service equipment, and project deliveries to customers and internal operations worldwide. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.
